TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the MONIKA NDK website and the purchase of products available through our online store.
By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Throughout these Terms, “MONIKA NDK”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MONIKA NDK.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products to you.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
MONIKA NDK offers bridal veils created with particular attention to craftsmanship, materials and finishing.
We make every reasonable effort to present our products, colours, materials, dimensions and details as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, lighting conditions and the characteristics of the materials used.
Where products involve handcrafted details, minor variations may occur. Such variations are part of the individual character of handcrafted work and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product descriptions and specifications are provided on the relevant product page and should be reviewed carefully before placing an order.
3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Our bridal veils are made to order.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for your veil to be created before shipping.
The stated creation period is an estimate and begins once the order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.
If circumstances outside our reasonable control are likely to cause a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
“Made to order” does not, by itself, mean that a product is personalised or made to the customer’s individual specifications. Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. ORDERS
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, obvious pricing or product information errors, or circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer’s market or as otherwise shown during checkout.
The final amount payable will be displayed before the order is confirmed.
Where required by applicable law, prices include applicable taxes. Any additional charges, where applicable, will be clearly communicated before completion of the purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
An order will only proceed once payment has been successfully authorised or otherwise confirmed.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
MONIKA NDK currently offers free worldwide shipping unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Please note that the estimated 6–8 week creation period for made-to-order products is separate from the shipping transit time.
Once your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
Delivery times may vary according to destination, carrier operations, customs procedures and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights available to consumers under mandatory applicable law concerning delivery, loss or damage to goods during transport.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by the destination country.
Where such charges are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the customer upon import or delivery.
MONIKA NDK does not control charges imposed by foreign customs or tax authorities. Customers ordering from outside the European Union are encouraged to check the applicable rules in their country before purchasing.
Nothing in this section affects any information or consumer rights that must be provided under applicable law.
8. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our return conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers may notify us of their decision to withdraw within 14 days from the date on which they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, receive the goods.
Products returned following a valid withdrawal must be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Our products must be returned in accordance with the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product where permitted by applicable law and where this has been communicated before purchase.
Any exceptions to the statutory right of withdrawal, including those that may apply to products made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, will apply only where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights.
9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@monika-ndk.com , providing your order details and, where useful, photographs showing the issue.
Returns relating to defective or non-conforming products are governed by applicable consumer protection law and are separate from the voluntary or statutory withdrawal process.
Nothing in these Terms limits the legal guarantee or other mandatory rights available to consumers.
10. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@monika-ndk.com .
Because our products are made to order and production may begin after an order is confirmed, cancellation requests will be considered in accordance with the status of the order and applicable consumer law.
This section does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer right.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the MONIKA NDK website, including designs, photographs, images, text, graphics, logos, branding, product names and other creative content, is owned by or licensed to MONIKA NDK and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
No content from this website may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or otherwise used without prior written permission from MONIKA NDK, except where permitted by applicable law.
12. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes or in any way that could damage, interfere with or compromise the operation or security of the website.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems, other users’ information or any connected services.
We reserve the right to restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary to protect MONIKA NDK, our customers or our services.

The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect at the time the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law applicable to them.
