Refund policy

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the veil must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

The original tag attached to the comb must remain intact and attached. Veils returned without the original tag attached cannot be accepted for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before returning your order so that we can provide you with the return instructions.

Made-to-measure, customised or personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your rights in the event of a faulty or non-conforming item.
